Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying professional judgment to promote optimal outcomes.Coordinate patient care, prioritize daily activities, and ensure safe, effective delivery of services in compliance with policies.Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating pertinent information to families and staff.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support organizational goals.Maintain professional licenses and certifications, pursue ongoing development, and stay current with industry best practices.Mentor and support colleagues, foster a positive work environment, and uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications And Skills Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and current BLS certification.Strong communication, clinical judgment, teamwork, and professional growth mindset.
