The Oncology RN role involves being a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe patient care to individuals with cancer. As a licensed nurse, you will practice within the framework of evidence-based models, standards set by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Responsibilities include delivering personalized care, supporting patient and family needs, and upholding service excellence. Qualifications include an associate's or diploma in nursing (bachelor's preferred), and required RN licensure and certifications such as BLS. Experience less than one year post-education is required; direct patient care experience is preferred. Opportunities are being proactively created for early engagement and interview access, offering candidates the chance to connect with the team and learn about the unit before official openings.
