Key Responsibilities Include

• Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Providing direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures.
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting plans accordingly.
• Collaborating proactively with physicians and staff to meet patient needs.
• Participating in quality and safety initiatives, decision-making, and evidence-based practices.
• Engaging in patient and family education, discharge planning, and safety protocols.

Qualifications And Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required).
• Ability to perform assessments and deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
