Registered Nurse - Acute Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse in Acute Care to provide patient-centered nursing care based on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care in accordance with hospital standards
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure safety and cost-effective nursing practices
• Maintain current nursing knowledge and apply critical thinking skills
• Advocate for patients and their families
• Perform medication administration within established guidelines

Requirements

• Active RN licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (diploma accepted)
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment
