Registered Nurse (RN) — Acute Care Surgical Oncology Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care for oncology patients undergoing specialized surgical interventions. Manage complex cases in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, supporting patients through recovery with comprehensive post-operative care. Key Responsibilities Assess patient condition and develop/implement nursing care plans.Deliver acute post-operative nursing care, monitoring vital signs and clinical status.Coordinate with physicians, surgeons, and allied staff to support treatment and recovery.Administer medications and treatments, ensuring safe and accurate care.Educate patients and families on post-operative needs and recovery. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure.Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients.Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.Commitment to compassionate, individualized patient care.Proficiency in post-operative monitoring and patient safety practices.
