About the role

We are seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide specialized pediatric care in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Completing patient assessments
• Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Administering treatments and medications
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Troubleshooting equipment
• Participating in evidence-based practice initiatives
• Contributing to quality and safety programs
• Providing direct patient care
• Coordinating discharge planning
• Educating patients and families
• Participating in team and organizational goals to improve patient outcomes

Qualifications and skills

• Graduate from a nursing specialty training program
• Ability to work in a clinical environment
• Flexibility to rotate day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Experience in pediatric medical/surgical units is preferred
