The Job
RN performs functions of assessing; planning, implementing and evaluating care for assigned patients on unit during shift. RN is responsible for managing all assigned personnel, supplies and equipment. RN is responsible for promoting collaboration with all members of the health care team.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Alabama
- One to three months orientation required to acquire familiarity with department and unit policies, procedures and clinical guidelines
- Sufficient interpersonal skills to interact with patients and families, to elicit cooperation and allay apprehensions
- Analytical ability to synthesize knowledge of nursing theory and practice, assessment and planning activities, technical expertise and delegation skills to provide effective nursing care for assigned patients
