HealthcareFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements/Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule etc only if present. The posting includes: About TriHealth & This Role (we can treat as About the role). Responsibilities (Job Responsibilities). Qualifications (Qualifications Required, Preferred). Benefits Snapshot. Schedule & Work Location (FTE, shift). Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Pay? It's a bonus, could be part of Pay section). Also location, requisition ID etc should be folded into short p or dropped. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID/requisition as heading. We'll include a short p for location and maybe sign-on bonus? Actually sign-on bonus is pay-related; we can include in Pay section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: unit description, team, supportive culture, etc. Also responsibilities list (many). Qualifications: required: Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing, new hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years, BLS/CPR, RN, knowledge etc. Preferred: membership in professional org, >1 year acute care experience, preferred certification in specialty. Benefits: comprehensive benefits suite including medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, paid time off, tuition assistance, wellness resources. Also link. Schedule: Full-Time Nights - 6:30pm-7:00am, FTE: Full-Time - 36 Hours Weekly. Pay: Sign-On Bonus: $5,000. No base salary given, so we only include bonus if we make Pay section. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It does state sign-on bonus, so we can include Pay section with that. Also schedule is stated, so Schedule section. Benefits stated, so Benefits section. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which info goes into lists vs prose. About the role: prose describing unit, team, culture. Could be a couple paragraphs. Responsibilities: list of duties (many). We'll make

    • each responsibility sentence. Requirements/Qualifications: Could combine Required and Preferred into one section maybe "Qualifications". Use
      • for each bullet. Benefits: list of benefits. Schedule: maybe prose or list? It's a single statement; could be

. Pay: sign-on bonus; could be

. We must not repeat job title as heading. No other headings. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft. First, maybe a short p for location and requisition? The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with location and maybe job type? But job type is covered in Schedule section. We could include location in a p before sections. Let's do:

Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, 375 Dixmyth Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220. Full‑Time Nights (6:30 pm‑7:00 am). Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000.

But we already have Schedule and Pay sections; maybe we should not duplicate. Better to put location only in a p, and keep schedule and pay sections separate. Thus:

Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, 375 Dixmyth Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220.

Then sections. Now About the role: combine the paragraphs about unit description, team, culture, why you'll love working here. We'll make maybe two

elements. Responsibilities: list each sentence from Job Responsibilities. Need to ensure we capture all. Let's extract them: - Performs initial and ongoing assessment of patient and family. - Completes initial assessment tool. - Documents ongoing assessment per unit/TriHealth guidelines. - Communicates assessment findings to other health care providers as appropriate. - Includes health counseling and health teaching needs in assessment. - Plans care for patient and family based on assessment, standards of care, and optimal specific outcomes. - Initiates and individualizes appropriate patient care guidelines/plan of care or clinical pathways. - Updates current plan of care as needed based on patient/family input and healthcare needs. - Develops both short- and long-term goals with patient/family and healthcare team including discharge planning. - Communicates plan of care to others. - Provides a safe, therapeutic environment, maintains patient’s autonomy, dignity, and rights, and is sensitive to patient diversity. - Seeks resources to help formulate ethical decisions. - Balances priorities of the patient's needs and those of the unit/facility. - Recognizes emergency situations and takes appropriate action. - Completes patient assignment including documentation within scheduled timeframe. - Bases interventions on clinical data and desired outcomes and documents accordingly. - Trains/educates other staff and acts an expert resource in specialty area through abilities in existing and newer knowledge and skills. - Effectively communicates and understands/executes physician orders. - Evaluates the plan of care for patient based on optimal specific patient outcomes. - Documents the patient/family response to care including teaching. - Collaborates with the patient/family and with other members of the health care team, including physicians, to revise plan of care as needed. - Supervises the care that was delegated to other health care team members. - Performs technical skills according to policy and procedure and accepted standards within their area of practice. - Safely administers medications/treatments and monitors their effects. - Uses all equipment in a safe, appropriate manner. - Demonstrates organizations responsibilities: Identifies areas for self-improvement, functions in relief charge / resource role as requested, completes assignments within scheduled timeframes, cooperates with instructor to facilitate effective learning experiences for students, maintains current knowledge in area of practice, demonstrates knowledge of organizational and department changes. That's a long list; we can keep as

        • each. Qualifications: Required and Preferred. Required: - Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing - New hires required to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire. - BLS/CPR (Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers) - Registered Nurse - Knowledge, judgment, and skills derived from the principles of biological, physical, behavioral, social, and nursing sciences to meet complex health care needs a various stages of the life cycle (typo but keep) Preferred: - Preferred membership in related professional organization - RNs with more than 1 year full-time or 2 years part-time acute care experience - Preferred Certification In Specialty We'll list as
          • . Benefits: list from Benefits Snapshot: medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, paid time off, tuition assistance, wellness resources. Also maybe link but we can omit link as it's not substantive? It's a link to learn more; could be included as but not required. We'll keep as list. Schedule: FTE: Full‑Time - 36 Hours Weekly; Shift: Nights - 6:30pm-7:00am. We'll put in

maybe. Pay: Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000. We'll put in

. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like TriHealth SERVE Standards etc. That's a lot of text; we must remove it. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The SERVE Standards is likely boilerplate (culture). But it's also part of "Why You’ll Love Working Here"? Actually the SERVE Standards is a separate section about values; might be considered boilerplate but it's specific to TriHealth. The instruction says remove boilerplate like EEO etc. SERVE Standards might be considered boilerplate but it's part of the posting's culture description. However it's quite long and repetitive; maybe we should keep the "Why You’ll Love Working Here" bullet points (Supportive, team‑centered culture..., Hands‑on experience..., Opportunities..., Leadership..., Comprehensive TriHealth benefits...). That's already captured. The SERVE Standards section is likely extra boilerplate; we can drop it. Also drop the "Keywords" line. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:

Location: Good Samaritan Hospital, 375 Dixmyth Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45220.

            About the role

The 11ABCD Medical Cardiac Step-Down unit at Good Samaritan Hospital is an intermediate care area dedicated to patients with a variety of cardiac conditions. The unit features 39 beds, and staffing is carefully tailored to meet the needs of our patients.

With a supportive environment and opportunities for growth, we ensure that all staff members have the tools they need to provide exceptional care to our patients.
