About the role

We are seeking a skilled EEG Technician to perform high-quality EEGs, including routine, video, sleep, and portable studies, adhering to ACNS guidelines and departmental policies.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate and maintain EEG equipment.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and recognize life-threatening situations.
• Teach and supervise staff and students, promoting professional growth.
• Contribute to quality improvements and customer service initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certification/registration in neurodiagnostics (e.g., R. EEG T., CNIM).
• BLS certification.

Skills

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in EEG interpretation, seizure identification, and study analysis.

Schedule

Day shifts in a hospital setting.
