About the role

Performs high-quality EEGs, including routine, video, and epilepsy monitoring, ensuring accurate study completion and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts EEGs per ACNS guidelines
  • Calibrates and maintains equipment
  • Communicates with physicians and recognizes life-threatening situations
  • Contributes to staff morale and quality improvement initiatives
  • Teaches staff and students as needed
  • Takes rotating call and assumes responsibility for designated procedures

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Neurodiagnostic certification (e.g., R. EEG T.) required
  • BLS certification
  • Experience preferred but not required
