Responsibilities

• Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of the job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationships with co-workers
• Delivers a high level of customer service to assure a positive patient experience
• Completes comprehensive nutritional evaluations on all identified patients per VNAHG policy
• Maintains communication among team members as well as patients and caregivers to ensure ability to implement nutrition plan of care
• Adheres to agency infection control and safety policies
• Adheres to the organization’s policy regarding absenteeism and appearance

Requirements

• BS in Dietetics, Food and Nutrition
• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Experience with culturally diverse populations
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Computer experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Working Conditions

• Working indoors and outdoors
• Driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking
• Fine motor hand movement
• Use of phone and tablet for documentation

Pay

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the compensation range for this position is USD $32.00 to USD $42.00 per hour. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions.
