Registered Dietitian - hybrid

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Bennington, VT. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week with a flexible, hybrid schedule (minimum 8 hours on site).

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate therapeutic feeding (TF) plans
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Requirements

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Active dietetic licensure
• Positive, client-centered attitude
• Strong communication skills

Pay
