About the role
We are seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Bennington, VT for 30 hours per week. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a minimum of 8 hours on site and excellent pay.
Responsibilities
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Complete the MDS - Section K
- Calculate therapeutic feeding (TF)
- Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
Requirements
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude and client-centered approach
- Good communication skills
