About the Role
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community located in Thomaston, GA. This is a part-time position for 12 hours per week with a hybrid schedule allowed.
Responsibilities
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Complete the MDS - Section K
- Calculate tube feedings (TF)
- Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
Requirements
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Dietetic licensure
- Positive attitude
- Client-centered approach
- Good communication skills
Pay
Excellent pay with drive time pay available.
Schedule
Flexible, hybrid schedule for 12 hours per week.
