Registered Dietitian - hybrid

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Nashua, NH for 24 hours per week.

About the role

Enjoy a flexible schedule and excellent compensation. This position includes collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team and completing clinical nutrition tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate tube feedings (TF)
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Requirements

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Dietetic licensure
• Positive, client-centered attitude
• Good communication skills
