About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Dietitian to assess patients' nutritional needs, develop personalized dietary plans, and provide education on healthy eating habits. The role involves instructing patients on post-discharge diets, monitoring nutritional status, and collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal nutritional care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate referral orders and document in medical records.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized nutritional care plans.
• Conduct calorie counts and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
• Provide education on healthy eating habits and post-discharge diets.
• Monitor patients' nutritional status and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure required.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Food & Nutrition from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• One year of clinical dietetics experience.
