Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our Clinical and Patient Services team. The role is based at 121 Townsgate Plz, Clovis, New Mexico, 88101.

Job Description

As a Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of outpatient centers, focusing on delivering superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient. Key responsibilities include hiring, developing, and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, and tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to multiple patients at a time, starting at 4 am for the first shift. They prepare and test equipment, review treatment sheets, and open clinics.
Nurses in the Inpatient department provide dialysis care to acute patients in various hospital settings, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. They have the autonomy to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment and educate patients and provide exceptional customer service.
Inpatient RNs are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient's treatment plan, working with a wide variety of patients and enjoying the level of autonomy that comes with it.

Success Profile

The ideal candidate should have strong management skills, prior direct patient care experience, and a combination of technical skills and genuine passion for developing deep relationships with patients and improving their quality of life. They should also have prior customer service, healthcare, and direct patient care experience.
