Registered Dietitian - HYBRID

Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Lakeport, CA. This part-time role offers 27 hours per week with a flexible schedule and excellent pay, including drive-time compensation.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Complete the MDS - Section K
• Calculate therapeutic feeding (TF) plans
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Requirements

• Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Active dietetic licensure
• Positive, client-centered attitude
• Strong communication skills
