About the Role
Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Nashua, NH. This part-time position offers 24 hours per week with a flexible schedule and excellent compensation.
Responsibilities
- Complete clinical nutrition assessments
- Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team
- Complete the MDS - Section K
- Calculate therapeutic feeding (TF) recommendations
- Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes
Requirements
- Credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Active dietetic licensure
- Positive, client-centered attitude
- Strong communication skills
