Responsibilities

• Utilize specialized nutrition knowledge to address unique needs of patients with various disease states and allergies
• Maintain patients' nutrition status and support their recovery
• Collaborate with the culinary team to prepare meals adhering to specific dietary requirements
• Build personalized diets for patients recovering from trauma or illness
• Monitor inventory and contribute to maintaining kitchen equipment and appliances
• Provide friendly and effective communication to ensure patient satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Dietitian
• Registered as a Dietitian
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines in food preparation
• Skill in preparing meals according to specific dietary instructions
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor
• Good physical condition and stamina to meet the demands of the role
• Additional experience in customer service is highly appreciated
