Dove Healthcare consists of 11 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, six assisted living residences, and three independent living complexes in Barron, Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Fennimore, Lodi, Osseo, Rice Lake, Spooner, St. Croix Falls, and Superior. Our core services include inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, post-hospital care, ventilator care, skilled nursing, long-term and end-of-life care, as well as senior independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Responsibilities

• Completing clinical nutrition assessments
• Documentation with the nutrition care process in the electronic medical record
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team
• Calculations for TPN and enteral feedings
• Making recommendations and education in medical nutrition therapies
• Providing nutrition education and support to residents, families, and employees

Requirements

• Current license by the State of WI Board of Dietetics and Nutrition Practice
• Current registration with Commission on Dietetic Registration

Preferred Skills

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High degree of commitment to customer service excellence
• Strong computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time openings
• Travel between our Superior, Spooner and St. Croix Falls locations
