About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze lab-work results and provide nutritional guidance to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the patient’s core care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Influence and lead patients towards better health outcomes.
Requirements
- State licensure required if available in the state where the facility is located.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and travel when needed.
- Successfully complete the Competency Assessment for Renal Dietitians (CARD) with a score of at least 80% after training.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days of employment.
