Registered Dietitian 1 day/week

About the role

Registered Dietitian joining an outstanding team at Marquis Companies. You will work with the Food and Nutrition Services Department on clinical charting and ensuring facilities maintain regulatory compliance. The department includes a full-time Food and Nutrition Director. You will be part of a family of over 4,000 employees across 26 senior care facilities in Oregon, Nevada, and California, with rehab and pharmacy services nationwide, united by the purpose to be champions of every journey.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial nutrition assessments
• Complete nutrition at-risk charting
• Conduct the RAI process (MDS, CAAs, Care Plans)
• Perform monthly sanitation inspections
• Work with the Food and Nutrition Services Department on clinical charting and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Dietitian (RD)
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing environment or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Available to be in office in Forest Grove, 1 business day per week
