Pay
Hourly rate starting at $57/hr with uncapped bonus potential based on production.

Schedule
- 4-day work week, no weekends
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: Off
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling, root planing, and polishing to remove plaque, tartar, and stains
- Conduct comprehensive oral health assessments, including reviewing medical history, evaluating gum health, and identifying potential issues
- Take and develop dental X-rays following established protocols for patient safety
- Complete oral cancer screenings and periodontal assessments
- Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans based on patients’ oral health needs
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, including brushing, flossing, and nutrition, to prevent dental issues and promote whole-body health
- Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants to help protect teeth from decay
- Document patient information and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records
- Monitor and maintain dental equipment and instruments to ensure proper functionality and infection control
- Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide exceptional patient care by ensuring a comfortable and friendly environment during appointments
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dental hygiene and oral health through continuing education
- Mentor and coach members of the hygiene team for continuous process improvements
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in relevant area of study / graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
- State license required
- Certification in local anesthesia administration (if required by practice)
- CPR certification
- 1–2+ years of progressive experience as a registered dental hygienist
- Comfortable with dental technology
