Dental Hygienist $25,000 sign on bonus

About the Role

• 1-hour appointments
• 90% Perio acceptance
• Leave by 4:30pm every day
• Laser training included
• New loops after your first 6 months

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and updating X-rays, chart notes, and maintaining related equipment
• Recording detailed clinical narratives, probing depths, and documentation for claims
• Maintaining strict OSHA and HIPAA compliance
• Sterilizing instruments and managing hygiene supplies
• Performing Prophylaxis and Scaling & Root Planing
• Applying fluoride varnish and placing sealants
• Educating patients on oral health and the mouth-body connection
• Supporting patient and team relations with professionalism and empathy
• Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and organized clinical environment

Requirements

• Open to new grads or experienced hygienists
• Current certification from an accredited Dental Hygiene program
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• A compassionate, patient-centered approach
• Ability to connect with diverse patient populations

Pay

$50/hr - $60/hr (based on experience) + lucrative hygiene bonus program

$25,000 sign-on bonus
