Responsibilities
- Plan regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff.
- Routinely visit patients.
- Counsel patients with nutritional needs.
- Participate in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs.
- Assist with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan.
Requirements
- Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics.
- 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Rehabilitation experience a plus.
