Responsibilities

• Planning regular and modified diets for all ages of patients as prescribed by Medical Staff
• Routinely visiting patients
• Counseling patients with nutritional needs
• Participating in hospital, patient, and community education and outpatient programs
• Assisting with the maintenance of the department's Quality Assessment & Quality Improvement plan

Qualifications

• Registered with Commission on Dietetic Registration
• Licensed by the State in which the facility resides to practice Dietetics
• 3 years' experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Rehabilitation experience a plus
