Role: Registered Charge Nurse in Acute Care (MedSurg) with a focus on leadership and patient care oversight. Responsibilities Supervise daily unit activities to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.Provide direct patient care as needed, supporting clinical staff.Lead staffing, patient flow, and clinical concerns within a collaborative environment.Serve as a resource for operational and clinical expertise, fostering team development.Build rapport between nurses and physicians, promoting service excellence.Ensure compliance with nursing practice standards and ethical guidelines.Participate in committee work, survey readiness, and quality initiatives. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.Active RN license in the state.Current BLS certification; specialty certifications like ACLS or PALS are a plus.One to two years of nursing experience, with leadership or relief charge experience preferred.
