Overview

The RN Charge Nurse provides leadership and clinical expertise during their shift, ensuring appropriate staffing, resource management, and high-quality patient care. They assess patients holistically, develop and revise individualized care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, and supervise care delivery through delegation and coordination.

Qualifications

• BSN (with a four-year completion requirement)
