Qualifications: Current RN license, BLS certification, unit-specific certifications, clinical experience, mentoring skills, and a BSN (with a four-year completion requirement). Preferred qualifications include one year of clinical experience. Skills required: assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, collaboration, leadership, and communication.
