Role Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using evidence-based practices and technology. They collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate care delivery, ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The RN directs, delegates, and prioritizes patient care activities, monitors patient responses, and revises care plans as needed. They uphold professional standards, legal and ethical guidelines, and maintain accurate documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, social, and psychological status.Develop and implement personalized care plans with input from patients, families, and healthcare teams.Coordinate and delegate care activities to ensure efficient service delivery.Evaluate patient outcomes and modify care plans accordingly.Maintain professionalism by adhering to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, and ensuring accurate documentation. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practice state; BSN required within four years if less than 12 months of experience.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Skills in patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation, communication, and critical thinking.
