About the role

The RN Charge Nurse provides leadership and clinical expertise during their shift, coordinating staffing, resources, and patient care to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. They perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, delegate tasks, and evaluate patient responses to interventions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current RN license.
