Registered Behavior Technician RBT- Center Based

About the role

Responsible for providing behavior support services in a center-based setting. Conduct assessments, develop and implement behavior plans, and monitor progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Monitor and document client progress
• Collaborate with families and other professionals
• Train staff and family members in behavior support techniques

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or similar disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Passing score on a background check
