About the role
Propel Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one therapy and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized therapy sessions focusing on skill acquisition.
- Accompany clients throughout their day, identifying and creating learning opportunities in natural environments.
- Scaffold social interactions and participation in group activities with peers.
- Prioritize positive reinforcement and pair daily activities to build strong relationships.
- Take accurate data and document session notes promptly.
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
- High school diploma with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Pass a background check administered by Propel.
- Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children with Autism.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
Skills
- Positive reinforcement techniques.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.

Pay
$25-$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
