About the role

Propel Autism is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one therapy and support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized therapy sessions focusing on skill acquisition.
  • Accompany clients throughout their day, identifying and creating learning opportunities in natural environments.
  • Scaffold social interactions and participation in group activities with peers.
  • Prioritize positive reinforcement and build strong relationships through play and engagement.
  • Take accurate data and document session notes promptly.

Requirements

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB.
  • A high school diploma at minimum, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Pass a background check administered by Propel Autism.
  • Hold an active driver’s license and provide proof of auto insurance.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children with Autism.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines.
