We're looking for fun, energetic people to join our team as Behavior Technicians/RBTs! You'll help teach communication, social, play, and everyday life skills using ABA therapy. If you're passionate about making a difference and want to grow with a fast-moving team, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy
  • Track client progress during sessions
  • Implement behavior support plans
  • Ensure client safety by responding calmly and appropriately to challenging behaviors
  • Complete documentation using electronic devices
  • Travel reliably between assigned client locations

Requirements

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred; candidates who are not currently certified must be willing and able to obtain RBT certification in accordance with company requirements and timelines
  • Recent experience working with children and/or individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Must maintain open and flexible availability across multiple days and times throughout the week to support client scheduling needs, including daytime, after-school, and evening sessions as assigned
  • Reliable transportation & comfortable driving to the center and/or client sessions
  • Access and ability to use a smartphone or similar device with internet services capable of capturing client session data

Position Requirements

  • Stay active throughout the day by sitting on the floor, kneeling, bending, crouching, standing, and frequently transitioning between floor and standing during therapy sessions
  • Bring energy, patience, and professionalism while actively engaging with children
  • Lift or assist children and equipment up to 50 lbs. (as required by assigned cases)
  • Must have evening availability

Expected hours: Part-time 10 – 15 hours per week
