Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and assessments.
• Provide direct support services to clients in their homes and community settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Document all interactions and progress in client files according to agency policies.
• Participate in regular training sessions to maintain certification and stay updated on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Passing scores on relevant certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Pay

Salary range: $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Hours vary based on client needs, typically ranging from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
