We're actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and support clients in achieving their unique goals through one-on-one ABA services in Kansas City, MO.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
- Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Requirements
- RBT certification is required before working.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment.

Schedule
- All positions start part-time.
- Services provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
