Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Astro ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Delaware, OH. You will work closely with board-certified behavior analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing relationship with clients and their families
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• No experience in ABA therapy or a related field needed; willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and families

Pay

Competitive hourly rate: $20 - $24 HOURLY
