• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Language: Spanish–English Speaker

Job Summary

At Applied ABC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in a one-on-one setting, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs, focusing on skills such as communication, social skills, independence, and personal hygiene
• Collect and record data on client progress, providing regular updates to BCBAs and parents/guardians
• Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring continuous progress and improvement
• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to all safety protocols and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or currently pursuing)
• Completion of a registered behavior technician (RBT) training program
• Pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and understanding for children with ASD and their families
• Spanish–English Speaker
