Qualifications
- Behavior Technician (BT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working directly in the homes of children with autism
Skills
- Ability to implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participation in ongoing staff training on ABA techniques
- Regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
