Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 2:00pm)(PT/Entry Level)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Reinforce clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar ages
• Work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Work in an in-clinic setting with your client
• Be punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Lift up to 35 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between different job sites
• Adhere to Blossom's Core Values
• Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
• Have CPR certification and First Aid Training and provide evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire

Requirements

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with ASD or similar experience
• Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with your client
• Punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods
• Able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between different job sites
• Demonstrate/possess all of Blossom's Core Values
• Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
