Registered Behavior Technician (8:00am - 2:00pm)(PT/Entry Level)

Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
- Reinforce clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar ages
- Work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Work in an in-clinic setting with your client
- Be punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lift up to 35 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between different job sites
- Adhere to Blossom's Core Values
- Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
- Have CPR certification and First Aid Training and provide evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire
Requirements
- Experience providing ABA direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
- Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with ASD or similar experience
- Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with your client
- Punctual and reliable, showing up on time and ready to work at the start of every shift
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and assume various postures for extended periods
- Able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
- Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel between different job sites
- Demonstrate/possess all of Blossom's Core Values
