Registered Behavior Technician (2:00pm - 5:00pm)(PT/Entry Level)
About the role
We are seeking part-time positions to join our dynamic team at Blossom. Our mission is to make work enjoyable while supporting children and families in achieving their goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
- Reinforce clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar ages
- Work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Thursday between 2:00pm - 5:00pm
- Work in an in-clinic setting with clients
- Be punctual and reliable, arriving on time and prepared to work
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Lift up to 35 pounds and perform various postures for extended periods
- Use reliable transportation and be willing to travel between job sites
- Adhere to Blossom's Core Values
- Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate
- Have CPR certification and First Aid Training
Requirements
- Experience providing ABA direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
- Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with ASD or similar ages
- Available to work a consistent full-time schedule Monday - Thursday between 2:00pm - 5:00pm
- Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with clients
- Punctual and reliable, arriving on time and ready to work
- Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform various postures for extended periods
- Able to use reliable transportation and be willing to travel between job sites
- Adhere to Blossom's Core Values
- Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate
- Have CPR certification and First Aid Training
Qualifications
Must have completed 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire.
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to lift up to 35 pounds, and flexibility to work in an in-clinic setting with clients.
