Behavior Technician
Requirements
- A minimum of a high school diploma or general educational development (GED) is required.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with persons with developmental disabilities is required.
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work one on one in our school setting, where you will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of autistic/emotional support students who are all unique and amazing!
- Help the student achieve their academic and behavioral goals according to their Individual Education Plan (IEP) and Positive Behavior Support Plan (PBSP).
- Implement and follow through with the behavior plan and individualized reinforcement systems for the assigned student.
- Provide behavioral interventions and physical interventions as needed, ranging from simple prompting and guided transport up to physical restraint of the client, based on program regulations and appropriate training.
- Uphold the company mission and core values.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Paraprofessional, Registered Behavior Technician, Behavior Health Technician, or Personal Care Aide experience is preferred.
- Paid training is provided.

Earn $20.00 hourly, Monday – Friday up to 30 hours (This is not a Fulltime Postion).
