Registered Behavior Technician (2:00pm - 5:00pm)(PT/Entry Level)

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Reinforce clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or similar conditions
• Work a consistent schedule Monday - Thursday between 2:00pm - 5:00pm
• Work in an in-clinic setting with clients
• Be punctual and reliable
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Lift up to 35 pounds
• Assume and maintain various postures for extended periods
• Sit for extended periods
• Have reliable transportation and be willing to travel
• Demonstrate/possess Blossom's Core Values
• Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
• Have CPR certification and First Aid Training and provide evidence of CPR training in live format upon hire

Requirements

• Experience providing ABA direct client care in both 1:1 and group settings
• Enjoy working with children ages 2-10 years old with ASD or similar conditions
• Available to work a consistent schedule Monday - Thursday between 2:00pm - 5:00pm
• Willing to work in an in-clinic setting with clients
• Punctual and reliable
• Show excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods
• Able to sit for extended periods
• Able to travel between different job sites
• Demonstrate/possess Blossom's Core Values
• Complete 40 hour RBT Training Modules and provide completion certificate upon hire
