Regionenmanager/in Mitte
Genussmarathon Events · Lake County, IN · 6 days ago
OTHRFull-time
About the role
As Regionen-Manager:in Mitte, you will develop a cluster radiating from Frankfurt in all directions — covering Hessen and Rhineland-Palatinate, including Frankfurt, Mainz, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt, Marburg, Kassel, and Trier. You'll combine a love for regional food culture with event coordination and partner management.
Your tasks
- Partnermanagement & Onboarding: Find authentic restaurants in Hessen and Rhineland-Palatinate — from traditional apple-wine taverns to wine bars in Rheinhessen and market halls in Kassel. Convince them to become part of Genussmarathon, introduce them to the partner network, negotiate terms, and remain their long-term point of contact with respect for their work. Maintain close relationships with every partner restaurant.
- Kundenpflege: Be the first voice companies hear when they inquire. Guide them from first contact through to after the event — calmly, reliably, and to the point. Take time for them because good evenings are well prepared. Generate repeat bookings and recommendations through quality work, not cold acquisition.
- Eventbetreuung: Coordinate the entire flow — game ring, rally, award ceremony, destination restaurant — all from one hand. Ensure the evening runs as clients deserve. Be available during the event — for the team on the course and for the restaurant at the table. Take feedback seriously and pass it on so we improve each time.
- Planung & Koordination: Coordinate dates, bookings, and arrangements between clients, restaurants, and headquarters. Keep your overviews clean: what's running, what's coming, what needs to be clarified. Identify untapped potential in your region and bring in ideas.
What you bring
- You love good food — not as a hobby, but as an attitude
- You can inspire people: restaurateurs just as much as HR managers
- You enjoy organizing and keep an overview, even when multiple balls are in the air
- You work autonomously — you know what needs to be done without needing a push
- You are available in the evenings and occasionally on weekends, because events happen then
- You live in the region and have a feel for what makes the cities special — for their local gastronomy and their character
- Experience in gastronomy, events, or sales is welcome — personality is more important
What we offer
- A job with real meaning: you give people evenings they'll remember
- Lots of freedom: you shape your own region, with plenty of remote work and flexible scheduling
- Flat hierarchies, direct communication, fast feedback
- Open to permanent employment, part-time, or freelance — we'll find the model that suits you
- A growing company with big plans ahead
