About the role

Join one of the fast‑growing business units of an industry leader that has undergone a leadership refresh and is seeking a Regional Vice President to drive growth in its engineering services division. The company has experienced double‑digit topline and EBITDA growth through acquisitions and investment, and its engineering services business unit generates over $300 M in annual revenue. The role focuses on standardizing operations across sales, operations, and engineering for the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Standardize the division's operations across sales, operations, and engineering.
• Work with Sales to identify market opportunities and develop appropriate responses.
• Ensure pricing and delivery capabilities are communicated consistently across geographies.
• Collaborate with Operations to determine the support needed by Sales and Engineering to complete projects.
• Partner with Engineering to guarantee consistent delivery and allocate resources for high engineering utilization.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering (EE) degree; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but non‑PE candidates will be considered individually.
