Regional VP of Engineering services

About the role

Join one of the fast-growing business units of this industry leader. This company has built an engineering services business unit that is over $300m in annual revenue and is poised for more growth. The Regional Vice President will drive growth in the Northeast region by standardizing operations across sales, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to identify opportunities and respond to them.
• Ensure consistent communication of pricing and delivery capabilities across geographies.
• Collaborate with operations to provide necessary support to sales and engineering teams for project completion.
• Partner with engineering to ensure consistent delivery and high resource utilization.
• Create organizational structures and communicate how customer service needs affect long-term growth.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (EE preferred) and ideally a PE; non-PE candidates will be considered on an individual basis.
• Owned a P&L of at least $25 million with at least 5 years of P&L leadership experience.
• Understanding of power systems and utility-sized power generation technology.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) for people leadership.
• Ability to balance strategic and tactical thinking, including organizational design and customer service alignment.

Pay

$200,000 – $300,000 per year
