Regional VP of Engineering services

About the role

Join one of the fast-growing business units of this industry leader. This company has built an engineering services business unit that is over $300 million in annual revenue and is poised for more growth. The Regional Vice President will drive growth in the Northeast region by standardizing operations across sales, operations, and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales to identify opportunities and respond to them effectively.
• Ensure consistent communication of pricing and delivery capabilities across geographies.
• Collaborate with operations to determine the support sales and engineering teams need to complete projects.
• Partner with engineering to ensure consistent delivery while allocating resources to maximize utilization.
• Create organizational structures and communicate how they align with customer needs and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (EE preferred) and ideally a PE license; non-PE candidates will be considered on an individual basis.
• Owned a P&L of at least $25 million with at least 5 years of P&L leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of power systems and utility-sized power generation technology.
• Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ) to lead both strategically and through people.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution, including org design and customer service alignment.

Benefits

Salary: $200,000 – $300,000 per year.
