Regional VP - Independent Financial Professionals (Field Wholesaler)

Job Summary

The Regional VP - IFP plays a crucial role in growing the territory by recruiting new relationships and working with existing ones to increase market share. Key responsibilities include managing and developing relationships, executing marketing campaigns, attending meetings, collaborating with internal teams, and recruiting new firms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing producer relationships
• Recruit new relationships to Pacific Life
• Work with existing relationships to increase market share
• Provide education on Pacific Life products and services
• Offer marketing support and case design ideas
• Collaborate with internal sales, case design, and underwriting partners
• Develop and execute business plans for the territory
• Recruit and develop new firms selling life insurance
• Work with advisors, firms, and IMOs/BGAs to incorporate Pacific Life into their client offerings

Requirements

• 5 or more years of direct sales/marketing experience wholesaling life insurance products through the independent channel
• Broad industry knowledge of best practices, products, underwriting, and marketing of life insurance products
• Series 7 or 6, 63, and Life and Health licenses required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Extensive travel required

Pay

$65,000 base pay with potential for incentives totaling up to $200,000+
