About the role

We're seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Bank & Broker Dealer Channels for the Great Lakes Region (MI, IN, OH, W.PA).

Responsibilities

  • Drive Annuity Sales Growth
  • Own and execute annuity sales growth within an assigned geographic territory across Prosperity’s bank and broker dealer-partners
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with production, asset, and growth goals
  • Identify, cultivate, and expand relationships with high potential-advisors and strategic partner firms
  • Build & Deepen Distribution Relationships
  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with financial advisors, branch leadership, and home office-investment teams
  • Serve as a consultative partner, understanding advisor needs and positioning Prosperity’s annuity solutions within client portfolios
  • Strengthen Prosperity’s presence and credibility across bank and broker dealer-platforms
  • Educate & Enable Advisors
  • Deliver impactful group presentations, branch training sessions, and client seminars
  • Deliver education on annuity products, retirement income strategies, and portfolio applications
  • Act as a subject matter-expert on Prosperity’s solutions and competitive positioning
  • Execute Coordinated Team Selling
  • Partner closely with an assigned Internal Wholesaler to execute proactive outreach, call campaigns, and follow-up-strategies
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to align territory initiatives and sales messaging
  • Contribute field insights that help refine product positioning and go to market-strategies
  • Manage Pipeline & Territory Activity
  • Maintain a disciplined, data-driven approach to CRM usage, pipeline development, and activity tracking
  • Monitor territory performance, advisor engagement, and sales momentum to ensure consistent coverage
  • Use activity and pipeline data to prioritize efforts and drive predictable results

Requirements

  • 5+ years of wholesaling or financial advisor experience
  • Strong knowledge of annuities, retirement income strategies, and competitive positioning
  • Proven track record of sales growth and effective territory management
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship building-skills
  • FINRA Series 6 or 7 and Series 63 (or ability to obtain within required timeframe)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly relationship-driven distribution environment
